Terms of Use

Renewable Outdoors Installer Network (the “Service”) is an introduction service operated by Renewable Outdoors. The Service connects customers with independent third-party installers of solar, battery, and off-grid equipment.

No installation by Renewable Outdoors. Renewable Outdoors does not perform installations. All installation work is performed by independent installers. Installers are not employees, agents, partners, or subcontractors of Renewable Outdoors.

Not a party to your contract. Any contract, scope of work, pricing, schedule, warranty, or guarantee is solely between you and the installer you choose. Renewable Outdoors is not a party to that relationship and has no responsibility or liability for the work performed, equipment installed, or any dispute that may arise.

Your due diligence. While we review installers before adding them to the network, we do not guarantee their work, licensing status, insurance coverage, or business practices on an ongoing basis. You are responsible for verifying credentials, references, insurance, and contract terms before engaging any installer.

No warranty. The Service is provided “as is.” Renewable Outdoors disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewable Outdoors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or related to installation work, equipment, or your relationship with any installer introduced through the Service.
